The property is located in Whalley, Lancashire. 

The clients brief was to remove the existing conservatory and design a single storey rear extension to the property to facilitate an open plan kitchen, dining and snug area. 

Bi-folding doors were incorporated into the design to allow the internal and external areas to flow as one when fully opened to connect the internal and external areas.
