Ribble Valley Architecture Ltd is a chartered architectural design and project management consultancy business providing bespoke architectural design for both domestic and commercial clients. We are based in Whalley at the heart of the Ribble Valley and we operate throughout Lancashire and the North West. We are a CIAT Chartered Practice and as part of our chartered practice status we are committed to operating with integrity and to the highest possible industry standards. Our aim is to offer a stress-free architectural service for our clients by calling upon our extensive wealth of knowledge and experience as well as our network of specialist suppliers and contractors. We are a diverse, highly experienced and creative practice with talented and passionate chartered architectural designers, professionally qualified to offer design services and manage projects from inception to completion. We offer a full range of architectural services ranging from a free initial meeting, surveying, sketch designs, planning applications, detailed building regulation drawings, contract administration and project management. Paul Gudgeon

BSc(Hons) MCIAT

Paul is the founder of Ribble Valley Architecture and managing director. He is a MCIAT Chartered architectural design consultant with over 16 years experience in designing and managing projects both commercial and residential from large scale residential developments to bespoke extensions. During his career he has been fortunate to work on a number of prestigious projects in London including the Temple of Mithras museum and the regeneration of The London underground.

As a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists Paul’s expertise are in the design and technologies of architecture, underpinned by building science and engineering. This specialism allows Ribble Valley Architecture to design exquisite architecture of exceptional quality incorporating cutting edge technologies and construction methods.

Paul has extensive knowledge of planning legislation and building regulations and is well known to local councils,  planning and building control departments having secured approvals on numerous projects.
