The property is located along Croal road which is accessed from Blakewater road, it is within walking distance of Clitheroe town Centre. The site is within an established residential area.

The clients brief was to design a two storey side extension to adapt the property to facilitate a snug, utility and lounge/playroom area at ground floor level with an additional bedroom and storage area created at first floor level.
