After the meeting we will write to you with our fee quotation. This will be calculated using our assessment of the amount of time and resources required to undertake the project in the correct professional manner. Our fees are always fixed and agreed in advance and we will never charge you for anything without agreement.

WARRANTY ITEMS
Ribble Valley Architecture Ltd can offer a Professional Consultant’s Certificate (PCC), upon satisfactory Completion of the Works.
Works must be monitored by Ribble Valley Architecture Ltd for the full cycle of the project, in order for a Completion Certificate to be issued. Certification subject to provision of all relevant Third Party Certification and confirmation works have been carried out to the satisfaction of the Statutory Authorities.
Alternatively, a 10 Year Warranty can also be arranged via the CIAT/LABC Warranty Partnership Scheme, LABC Warranty Direct or NHBC 10 Year Warranty Policies.
